Thank you for the delivery of the traction unit - I must say I am conflicted with the purchase. The product itself is good however I was very disapointed when I opened the packaging to see that the product itself was clearly not a brand new product and had very obviously been used, from markings on the pads, grease and fluff over it - this has either been sold once before and returned or it was a display and demo model but it was not new, there is no way it was brand new. The pump mechanism with the dial also has a rattle like there are metalic parts inside that are loose and not fixed properly, its not yet impacting the performance but I wonder how long before it does. Given how much pain I was in I was forced to begin using the product as it was however had it been any other product off amazon for example I would have sent it back with a complaint. £346 for a brand new device to get one thats clearly been used before with a rattle in the pump where used items are on sale for £150 - the honest truth is that I feel very let down by this but appreciate mistakes can happen and in no way would I assume or accuse this of being explicit in misselling a used product as new which would breach many CPRs (Consumer Protection Rights Act) however thats whats obviously happened and it took the shine off what was a decision to buy NEW and fresh and top of the range industry standard because it would be a personal use item and unfortunately despite the products functionality the consumer experience was quite poor.
Im sorry to deliver this bad feedback but thats an honest assessment of my experience.
Why did I not make you aware of this before now, because I have been doped up on Opiates and in and out of hospital with the pain management and physio treatment and only now almost 3 weeks since the initial injury am i coming off opiate based pain relief and have the opportunity to respond
It would be appreciated if you could either send me a brand new device unused as a replacement and faciliate the collection of this device or alternatively refund me the difference in market value of a used product vs a new product ie. £346 vs approx £150 for used therefore a £196 refund.
Either of these will settle this matter from a customer service perspective
