Delivery and Returns Information
Delivery Information:
We strive to get your product(s) to you as soon as possible. For urgent delivery, please contact us directly to discuss.
UK Orders
- Delivery to the UK is overnight for orders placed before 2pm.
Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday excl. Public Holidays.
- All orders will be dispatched via DPD.
- Tracking deliveries - use the code in your order confirmation email to track you delivery here:
- If a product is out of stock, the you will be contacted with an alternate estimated time of arrival or offer of a refund.
- Standard Delivery charge for UK orders is £4.99
Republic of Ireland Orders
- Delivery to Ireland is from the UK and takes 2-3 working days.
- Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday excl. Public Holidays.
- All orders will be dispatched via courier (normally UPS).
- Tracking deliveries - Confirmation of shipping and tracking information will be provided directly to you from the courier (UPS).
- If a product is out of stock, you will be contacted with an alternate estimated time of arrival or offer of a refund
- Delivery charge for orders the Republic of Ireland is €10.00
Returns Information:
We understand the importance of getting the right product to you. If you are not satisfied with the product you have recieved, or need to change the size, please get in touch using the following process.
1 - Complete the 'Product Returns Request Form' on the right hand side of this page
2 - Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the Return Authorisation and detailed return instructions will be emailed to you. A credit note will be processed only after goods are received and assessed.
3 - We will respond within 1-2 business days via email (phone call if no email address on file) with your Returns Authorisation (RA) #. You'll be given detailed instructions of where to send your package and reminding you to write your RA# on an address label OUTSIDE OF THE BOX you will be using to ship the item back to us in
4 - Once we have received and processed your return we will provide a refund via your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of this credit if we have your email address on file.
Please note: We cannot refund shipping charges or return postage.
It can take 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your item at our return facility to process your credit

Please note: For a credit to be granted, goods must be returned:
- Within 30 days from original date of purchase
In their original, unused and resealable condition
- With the Returns Authorisation (RA) issued by Enovis included with the goods;
- Without written markings,tape or tampering on the original packaging;
- Reason for Returns: Incorrect Size,
Faulty Product,
Late delivery,
No longer required, Incorrect product ordered, Goods damaged,
Other (Please specify on Product Returns Request Form'
- Note the following conditions for return:
Photos of faulty and damaged goods are required before we can send you a postage or courier collection label.
Enovis will not accept any responsibility for unsolicited returns. For Enovis to accept any returns, the goods must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
All goods must be returned at the purchasers’ expense with a Return Authorisation Label.
Enovis is not responsible for returned goods lost in transit. Please use a reliable service to return your goods.
A 15% restocking fee will be applicable on any returns outside the 30-day period unless the item falls under our warranty guidelines (see below).
We cannot refund shipping charges or return postage.

Please note: motioncare360.com (operated by DJO UK Ltd) reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange used or damaged products or products not in original packaging and/or damaged packaging, and/or returned more that 30 days from dispatch.
