I first bought a Donjoy Quick Fit knee brace - small size - because my thigh and calf measurements matched the small but my knee fitted into the medium size. Correspondence and photos supplied to you stating my concerns resulted in your opinion that I should have bought the medium size. I then thought that the Deluxe model would be more suitable because of the extra posterior straps. I then bought this in the medium size as per your advice. This now turns out to be too slack on my leg ! To achieve better compression I now have to overlap Velcro parts so much that they interfere with the tightening of the straps! Since this a wrap-type brace surely it can accommodate more than one size ?? In short, my Quick-Fit should have been a medium size and my Deluxe (this one) should have been a small size ! Long story but necessary, I feel, to explain my frustration and not giving five stars. My two Playmakers - bought years ago - have been perfect and still are.
