DonJoy Ice Kit: Walker Pad

New for 2026! 

We are delighted to launch our latest range of cold therapy for patients fitted with a Walker Boot following an injury to the foot or ankle. Delivered in a convenient bag for simple storage, the DonJoy Ice Kit provides simple and effective cold therapy without the need for ice cubes or water. 

Indications: 

• Post-operative care of ankle surgery
• Sports traumatology such as sprains, tears, and rehabilitation
• The cold therapy may help provide analgesic and anti-haemorrhagic effects and reduce oedema

Features: 

• Cryotherapy: 1 Cold Pack and to provide cold therapy and compression of the ankle in a walker boot 
• The gel of the cold pack remains moldable to adapt to the affected limb
  
• Can be used on either left or right leg 

Pack Includes:

• 1 Ice Pad
  
• 1 Freezer Bag 
• 1 Lycra Sleeve 

Contraindications:

For cold therapy: Sickle-cell Anemia, Raynaud’s or other vasospastic diseases, cold allergy, cold hypersensitivity, previous cold injury, or any compromised local circulation, decreased skin sensitivity, hypertension, paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria, and cryoglobulinemia.
